Treat your dough and noodles by giving them a dedicated work surface. You can gain additional prep space by using the dough board over a sink or range. The reversible option comes with two lips so you can keep one side smooth for kneading and use the other side for cutting. Non-reversible boards come with one counter lip. On your marks, get set, bake.

- Reapply food safe oil if board looks dull or dry. Mineral oil mixed with beeswax is a great prodcut that can be made or bought
